Ibrahim Hamidi, born in 1997, is a member of the Hamidi business family and one of the new-generation executives of Hamidi Holding, working in executive management, economic affairs, international trade and the development of commercial activities.

He completed his university education at Istanbul Aydın University (İstanbul Aydın Üniversitesi) in Türkiye, in the field of economics and business. His academic background in economics and commerce has provided the foundation for his analytical and managerial approach in his professional activities.

As Vice Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of Hamidi Holding, he plays a role in coordinating executive activities, following up development programs, managing organizational processes and supporting the implementation of the group's strategic decisions.

His professional focus includes developing commercial cooperation, strengthening economic relations, improving coordination across the holding's divisions and supporting the expansion of the group's international activities.

With an emphasis on orderly management, long-term planning and building sustainable business relationships, he works toward the realization of Hamidi Holding's economic and development goals.

Hamza Hamidi, born in 2000, is a member of the Hamidi business family and one of the new-generation executives of Hamidi Holding, working in financial management, international trade and the development of economic partnerships.

He completed his university education at İstanbul Gelişim University in Türkiye, in the field of law and political science.

As a Board Member and Chief Financial Officer of Hamidi Holding, he plays a role in planning and managing financial affairs, coordinating business activities and supporting the group's strategic decision-making.

He also manages Karwan Kurdistan General Trading Company in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, where he works on developing the company's commercial activities, expanding economic cooperation and strengthening its trade relations.

His professional approach focuses on coherent financial management, building sustainable business relationships, strengthening coordination across the group's divisions and contributing to the expansion of Hamidi Holding's international activities.
